Refund and Returns Policy

At GrabitFastOnline, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Note: Certain products such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, personalized products, and digital downloads are non-returnable unless defective.

Please include your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank – processing times vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective or there was an error in the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
